2.       You should print your formal letter of PROVISIONAL ADMISSION generated by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board,Abuja from JAMB WEBSITE and submit a copy later.

3.       Your admission would be regularised subject to the following conditions:
          a) All information provided in your application for admission is correct in every respect .
          b) You will present at the point of registration the following documents:
              (i) The original copies of your credentials.
              (ii)Your GCE/WAEC/NECO/SSCE etc. examination result slip(s).
              (iii) A completed verification pro-forma, receipts for all relevant fees and two passport photographs for processing the confirmation of your results from WAEC, NECO etc.
          c) You are to complete the enclosed ACCEPTANCE/UNDERTAKING FORM and return same immediately to the Director, Academic Affairs together with a receipt of non-refundable acceptance fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) made payable to Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo
          d) IF AT ANYTIME, EVEN AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION, IT IS DISCOVERED THAT YOU DO NOT SATISFY THE PRE-REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS PRESCRIBED FOR YOUR COURSE OF STUDY AT THE TIME OF THIS OFFER OR THAT ANY OF THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU CLAIM TO HAVE IS FALSE OR INCORRECT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE POLYTECHNIC FORTHWITH. THE INSTITUTION SHALL WITHHOLD YOUR DIPLOMA CERTIFICATE IF DETECTION IS MADE IN THE FINAL LAP OF YOUR COURSE OF STUDY, THAT YOUR ADMISSION IS IRREGULAR.

4.       The name by which you are hereby admitted and by which you will be  registered is the name by which you shall answer and be called and shall appear on any certificate that this Polytechnic may issue to you on  the successful completion of your course.

5.       This offer can neither be deferred till another Academic Session nor transferred to any other person.
