6.       Meanwhile, if you accept this offer, you are expected to pay in addition to acceptance fee, sessional fee as stated in the Institution's fee schedule.
7.      You are requested to produce a Medical Examination report, which should be duly endorsed by the Polytechnic Medical Officer before you could be considered eligible to register as a student of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo.

8.       It is mandatory for all fresh students to be physically present at all orientation programmes.

9.       PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

          (i)     Any candidate who accepts offer of admission and pays relevant fees but withdraws before the Registration runs out shall forfeit Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N2,500). 
         (ii)    Any candidate who accepts offer of admission, pays relevant fees but does not withdraw according to the laid down rules in the registration procedure before the close of registration shall forfeit the whole fees paid.
          (iii)   All students are expected to tender letters of attestation from the Chairmen or Secretaries of their respective Local Government Areas:
          (iv)   Re-sit examination has been cancelled in the Institution;
